Crime Stoppers: Fraud, theft, and a shooting in Jackson

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — This week on Crime Stoppers, law enforcement needs your help identifying people involved in two crimes in Lansing and tracking down a man wanted for a shooting in Jackson.

Those who contact Crime Stoppers with information can receive an award of up to $1,000.

Credit Card Fraud

The Lansing Police Department is looking for any information that could identify a man who committed a credit card fraud at a South Lansing business on April 23 and tried to do so again at a different location in Lansing Township.

Vehicle Theft

Lansing police are also looking for any information that could help them identify a man involved in a vehicle theft that happened on Aug. 1 in the 200 block of E Hodge Avenue.

Michael Lamar Wabindato

Michael Lamar Wabindato, 37, is wanted in connection to a shooting that occurred in Jackson. He is also wanted in Muskegon. He is 6’2″ and 200 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes…
