The Mulliken Food Pantry, which was at risk of closing due to high utility costs earlier this year, will now be able to keep its doors open thanks to community support and a significant donation from a local business.
- The food pantry has faced about $2,600 in utility costs this year.
- A local insurance agency donated $2,500 to help keep the pantry operating.
- The donation will allow the pantry to continue operations for the next year.
