Louisville man indicted for distributing fentanyl that caused a death

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A Louisville man was indicted by a federal grand jury for allegedly distributing fentanyl causing a death.

Tyler Cull, 25, was indicted Wednesday on distributing a mixture and substance containing fentanyl in Jefferson and Hardin counties on Dec. 14, 2024 that resulted in a death.

Cull was previously indicted in April for possession with the intent to distribute 40 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing fentanyl in a March incident in Louisville…
