Prosecutor: Man accused of beheading father keeps harming himself in jail, needs to be moved

JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. — Attorneys are concerned the man accused of beheading his father continues to pose a significant danger to himself while in custody.

Bryce Winnecke, 33, was charged with murder and abuse of a corpse after his father’s decapitated body was discovered in a Jeffersonville home last week.
