Louisville mother distraught after trial for I-264 shooting suspect is delayed

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — It’s another delay in the fight for justice for one Louisville family.

The criminal trial for Keyshaun Stewart, accused of shooting and killing 37-year-old construction worker Fred O’Bannon Jr. in Nov. 2021, has been pushed back again after prosecutors told a judge one of their witnesses had a conflict with Aug. 25 — when a Jefferson County jury was supposed to start hearing the case.
