Horry County Police were turning people away from a Myrtle Beach area boat landing Wednesday evening after a body was reportedly found in the Waccamaw River.
Police were blocking access to Peachtree Landing on Peachtree Road near the Socastee Swing Bridge about 6 p.m. as officers reported the area was a crime scene.
