NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Seeking trauma therapy can be difficult for our military members and first responders, but one local group hopes to make it easier and free of charge.
Trails Of Purpose brings equine therapy to folks needing a special kind of care and has its roots in the rubble of 9/11. Kayla Fallon’s father died in the North twin tower that Tuesday morning.

“And so, growing up, I had a lot of experience with different types of trauma therapies and saw the benefit of them,” Fallon said, “and so, exponentially, the benefit of it in equine therapy.”
