SANFORD, Fla. – Tributes poured in over the weekend for a South Florida charter boat captain after authorities said the 43-year-old became the victim of a deadly road rage shooting in the Orlando area on Thursday, according to News 6 partner WPLG.
The fatal shooting happened early Thursday evening in Sanford. Police said the victim was Joseph Hall Jr., who captained Sailors Choice Party Fishing Boat & Anglers Choice Sport Fishing out of Key Largo.
