SANTA ROSA COUNTY, Fla. — A routine traffic stop on Tuesday led to the arrest of a 23-year-old man who was considered armed and dangerous, attempted to flee the scene on foot, but was quickly apprehended by the combined efforts of deputies, dispatchers, and a K9 unit.
