A Leesburg woman was arrested after allegedly pepper spraying and hitting another woman who answered the door at her boyfriend’s house.
Deputies responded to a battery involving 32-year-old Tanzania Fiyon Moten at 2348 North Ave., Leesburg, around 1:45 p.m. Saturday, according to an arrest report from the Lake County Sheriff’s Office.
Upon arrival, they met with the female victim who advised that she was asleep when she heard banging at the door. She answered it and was met by Moten who told her to “get out.” The victim did not answer, and she left only to return 10 minutes later, the report said.
This time, the victim opened the door. Moten then sprayed her in the face with pepper spray, struck her on the forehead and grabbed her wig off her head before leaving in a tan SUV. She possibly returned to her own residence on 2221 Mispah Ave., the report said…
