The wait forYNW Melly’s retrial just got a whole lot longer. According to new filings out of Broward County, Judge Martin S. Fein has canceled the previously scheduled trial dates of August 19 and September 10, following the Fourth District Court of Appeal’s decision to stay proceedings while the State pursues a rehearing on key evidentiary rulings.
