SILVER ALERT: 87-year-old Outagamie County man missing, vehicle reportedly last seen in Green Bay

ONEIDA, Wis. (WFRV) – A Silver Alert has been issued for an 87-year-old Outagamie County man reportedly missing after having been last seen around 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday in Oneida.

Floyd Bain, described as a 6-foot 200-pound white man with gray hair and blue eyes, was reportedly heading to the Menards at 1313 Lawrence Drive in De Pere around 10:30 a.m.

If he hadn’t found what he needed, he was reportedly planning on going to Fleet Farm in Howard. His vehicle is a 2004 silver Nissan Titan with Wisconsin License Plate No. UR2039.

Officials say it is unknown whether or not he made it, as his vehicle was last seen in Green Bay around 4 p.m. Floyd was last seen around 10:30 a.m., while his vehicle hasn’t been seen since 4 p.m.

He was last spotted in blue jeans, a white and blue short-sleeve button-down down and a green baseball hat, wearing brown loafers.
