Kevin Price made a call for help on the morning of August 12th, 2024. Instead of receiving aid, he was shot by a Fitchburg police officer and hospitalized for three days before his death. Only then, was his family informed of what had happened.
We last covered this story in December in our one-hour special, “Justice and Accountability for Kevin Price,” which aired just weeks after the Dane County District Attorney said they would decline to prosecute the officer who shot Price.
But Price’s loved ones have continued to speak out, especially his friend PJ Chamberlain. He joined our News Producer Faye Parks again today, just after the first anniversary of Price’s passing, to honor his friend’s memory and share new revelations from his medical records…
