The parents of a two-year-old girl have been arrested after she was found “running near a busy street” in Bexar County, Texas, wearing only a soiled diaper, according to police.
The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office said they were called to a street on Sunday after residents reported seeing a child “running near a busy street before entering a nearby residence.” Authorities found the child sitting on the sidewalk.
