Broken Arrow council votes to ease removal of homeless encampments

BROKEN ARROW, OKLA (KTUL) — Broken Arrow City Councilors voted unanimously to make it easier for police to remove homeless encampments from private properties.

“Homelessness has continued to increase not just in Broken Arrow, but in every part of Oklahoma. Especially all across Tulsa County,” Mark Smith, director of Housing Solutions said.
