(COLORADO SPRINGS) — A missing indigenous alert has been issued by the Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for a missing indigenous woman who was last seen in the Downtown area.
According to the CBI, 31-year-old Mary Margaret Checketts was last seen in the 70 block of South Sierra Madre Street, just south of Antlers Park. She was last seen walking in the area and was wearing a black long-sleeve shirt and white yoga pants with flowers on them.
Checketts is described as Chippewa indigenous, with brown hair and green eyes. She is 5’3″ tall and weighs approximately 115 pounds…
