LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — The Clark County School District Police Department arrested Ray Garcia, a 42-year-old physical education teacher at Edna F. Hinman Elementary School, on charges related to capturing and disseminating an inappropriate image.
Garcia was booked into the Clark County Detention Center on gross misdemeanor charges.
