A Trumbull County prosecutor and a Portage County prosecutor have collaborated to co-author a letter to Ohio state officials, urging them to resume executions in the state.
Trumbull County Prosecutor Dennis Watkins and Portage County Prosecutor Connie Lewandowski co-authored the letter.
