BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — The body of a woman discovered inside a mobile home that caught fire nearly two weeks ago on State Road has been identified as Roxana Jo Kelley, 63, of Bakersfield.
An autopsy has been performed, but the manner and cause of death are still pending, according to the Kern County Sheriff’s Office. The incident is being investigated as “suspicious.”
