A home at 18826 Ganton Avenue in The Concession has become the second highest-priced sale ever in the Lakewood Ranch area.
The sale of the estate, which sold for $6.9 million, was announced Wednesday by the Schemmel Soda Group’s Donna Soda, who marketed the home. Schemmel Soda is part of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty.
