CINCINNATI (WXIX) – Cincinnati police released their weekly STARS Crime Report Monday, and while the numbers look encouraging in some areas, others show a need for improvement.
The STARS Crime Report, short for Strategic and Tactical Analytic Review for Solutions, shows that while homicide rates have decreased, several neighborhoods in Cincinnati are seeing an increase in property crime.
