HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHP) — Harrisburg police did not issue curfew citations to any juveniles or parents this past weekend after the city said it was cracking down on minors out after hours.
Captain Atah Akakpo-Martin, commander of Harrisburg Bureau of Police’s Uniform Patrol Division, said officers were busy with other “priority calls” and a large fight at the HMAC club.
