LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A Lancaster County landlord pleaded guilty to setting fire to an apartment to vacate two tenants.
Ronald Edgar Frisbie III pleaded guilty on July 29 to two counts of arson, one county of burglary and two counts of recklessly endangering another person, the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office said.

The charges stemmed from a May 2024 incident on the 300 block of S. 10th St. in Akron Borough.
