Pennsylvania landlord pleads guilty to setting apartment on fire to remove tenants

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A Lancaster County landlord pleaded guilty to setting fire to an apartment to vacate two tenants.

Ronald Edgar Frisbie III pleaded guilty on July 29 to two counts of arson, one county of burglary and two counts of recklessly endangering another person, the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office said.
