MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WKRN) — Several structures at a shed business in Murfreesboro were destroyed in a large fire overnight.
The Murfreesboro Fire Rescue Department was called late Tuesday night to Backyard Buildings and More near Northwest Broad Street and Florence Road. When firefighters arrived, multiple wooden sheds and piles of material were ablaze. As the fire spread, several tow tractors became involved.

Firefighters worked quickly to contain the flames and minimize damage, but those items were destroyed. Officials reported that several explosions occurred during the response.
MFRD credited the following for their response: Engine 5, Engine 7, Ladder 4, Ladder 11, Rescue 4, Battalion Chief 1, Battalion Chief 2, Safety 1, Safety 2, Chief Mark McCluskey, Assistant Chief Josh Oliver, the Fire Marshal’s Office and fire inspectors.
