HOPEWELL, Va. (WRIC) — Residents from the City of Hopewell should expect upgrades to the sewer and trash billing system, beginning in September.
The city announced the new improvements on Thursday, Aug. 21, saying that they are “designed to make account management easier and more convenient for our residents and business owners,” according to a release.
