If you ever wanted to experience the Pokémon craze as it was back in the late ’90s, or if you’re simply in the mood for a bit of rose-tinted nostalgia, look no further than New York City’s Lower East Side.
A poster for “Pokémon: The First Movie,” which was released in 1999, was discovered at the East Broadway F train subway station, hidden beneath decades of posters that had been pasted over it and a MetroCard machine which was recently removed.
