Prosecutors charge Kenmore man accused of breaking out neighbors’ windows in wild rampage

KENMORE, Wash. — The King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office filed charges this week against a Kenmore man who is accused of smashing out his neighbors’ windows and doors with a shovel in a rampage that was recorded by surveillance cameras.

Matthew J. Redmond, 53, faces one count of second-degree malicious mischief.
