Zaquan Shaquez Jamison, who was wanted in an Orangeburg County murder investigation, turned himself in and was arrested in North Charleston.
On the morning of August 15, the 20-year-old called Charleston County dispatch, identified himself, and stated that he wanted to turn himself in for his outstanding warrants, according to WCSC.
