CINCINNATI (WKRC) – Police arrested a second woman after a fight involving two mothers and six teens near North College Hill High School.
Shevonne Long was arrested on Thursday morning.
Long and Amina Gamble are both charged with inciting violence, disorderly conduct and endangering children.
