Big Changes on the Way

COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) – Tonight, we will continue to see some showers and storms lingering across the Valley before giving way to mostly clear skies. Tomorrow and into the start of the weekend, we will see rain chances on the rise. Friday is looking to be our wettest day on the horizon, with high temperatures dipping down to the upper 80s. Increased rain chances and cooler temperatures are due to a front approaching from the Tennessee Valley, that will eventually drape over us before stalling to our south. Along with the rain, the front will have us feeling more humid. However, a second *stronger* cold front moves through Sunday, and brings us some bigtime changes as drier air pushes in.
