Rapper Lil Nas X was spotted roaming down Ventura Boulevard in Studio City early Thursday morning wearing just white underwear and matching cowboy boots.
Video obtained by TMZ shows someone driving by the “Old Town Road” singer walking in the middle of the street at around 4 a.m. He tells the driver, “Don’t be late to the party,” as he walks away singing a melody to himself.
When he’s asked about the party, he replies, “You know where it’s at.” He then ushers the driver to “go ahead, babe” to drive away from him. He tells him again and the video clips to the artist asking the driver, “Didn’t I tell you to put the phone down?”…
