HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — A Galivants Ferry man is facing an attempted murder charge after allegedly using a sawed-off shotgun to shoot at a person in their truck, Horry County police records show.
Lonnie Davis, 49, was also charged with possession of a weapon during a violent crime and possession of firearms and ammunition. He was booked into the J. Reuben Long Detention Center on Wednesday, where he remains as of Thursday evening on a $60,000 bond.
Horry County police responded at about 9 p.m. on Aug. 9 to Childs Road for a 911 hangup, an incident report shows.
