HOPE HULL, Ala. (WSFA) – Hope Hull may be on track to becoming Alabama’s newest town.
Why? Locals say they pay taxes to Montgomery, since much of Hope Hull is in Montgomery’s police jurisdiction. Resident Karin Bolinger says as it stands now, they don’t get any return on that investment.
