PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — The city of Providence has dropped $500 noise citations that were issued to several Butler Hospital employees while they were on strike back in May.
On Monday, Butler Hospital and the New England Health Care Employees Union (SEIU 1199NE) announced that union members “voted overwhelmingly” to ratify a new four-year contract, ending the strike.
