ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Canandaigua police need your help finding a 15-year-old girl who has been missing since Tuesday.
Officers said 15-year-old Jazmine Snyder was last seen around 10 p.m. on Tuesday, August 19 in the City of Canandaigua. The most recent activity on her cell phone was on Thursday morning in the area of Le Moyne College in Syracuse.
Jazmine is described as standing at 5 feet tall, weighing 150 pounds, having dark brown hair, and wearing a pink sweatshirt and black sweatpants. Officers said she was also carrying a bag, which they believe had a change of clothes…
