CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — Two people are recovering after their car flies off of I-380 and H Ave NE Thursday afternoon.
Initial reports say a car was attempting to merge from the center lane to the right lane. That’s when a car moving next to the merging car swerved to avoid impact.
The swerving car hit a concrete barrier over H Ave and flew off the overpass onto the ground below.
Those in the crashed car were rescued by CRFD and taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries…
