KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – The Kansas City Fire Department continues to investigate what caused a 2-story home near a local elementary school to go up in flames.
The Kansas City, Missouri, Fire Department says that just after 5:40 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 21, emergency crews were called to the 24th and Prospect Ave., near Wendell Phillips Elementary School, with reports of a house fire.
