EDWARDSVILLE — A Belleville man faces charges of possession and delivery of methamphetamine after a traffic stop by a Madison County Sheriff’s Deputy.
Lamour Williams III, 31, of Belleville, was charged Aug. 20 with unlawful delivery or possession with the intent to deliver methamphetamine or a substance containing methamphetamine, a Class X felony; and unlawful possession of methamphetamine, a Class 1 felony.
