Suspect accused of killing Uber driver faces judge for separate case

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – An 18-year-old murder suspect was back in court Wednesday morning, this time for allegedly pointing a gun at his younger brother’s head.

Sheliky Sanchez is now being kept in jail for two separate cases. Police say Sanchez was drunk when he held a gun to his 7-year-old half brother’s head, reportedly telling him “not to tell.”
