Niagara Falls man found guilty of murder in 2022 stabbing

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Niagara Falls man was found guilty of second-degree murder in a fatal stabbing in September 2022, the Niagara County District Attorney’s Office announced Wednesday.

Al Villane, 35, was found guilty by a jury of stabbing 47-year-old Hollis Stewart, of Niagara Falls, on Sept. 19 in a residence on the 700 block of 20th Street in Niagara Falls, officials said.

Stewart was taken to ECMC where he died from his injuries…
