Since 2011, James Putnam, better known as James the bus driver, has offered a welcoming wave to all of the USI community. Now, a new change is on the horizon for the friendly bus driver.
Putnam has watched the university change in front of his eyes. New buildings have risen, paths have changed and generations of students have come and gone. Yet through it all, one thing has remained the same: his humble role in making the USI campus feel a little more like home.
