A Spring Hill man was arrested for driving with a license that had just been suspended on Monday.
A deputy observed 28-year-old Alexander Luis Ramos driving a red Dodge sedan with a temporary tag westbound in Oxford around 11:50 p.m. Wednesday, according to an arrest report from the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office. Both rear tag lights were out, leading to a traffic stop at the intersection of County Roads 466 and 229.
Ramos subsequently handed over his driver’s license, and the deputy checked his driving history. He learned of an active suspension on his license that Ramos was notified of on July 28. It took effect on Monday, the report said…
