A Rochester man has been sentenced to 20 years to life in prison as a persistent Violent Felony Offender.
The Monroe County DA’s Office says 49-year-old Marquis Hucks was sentenced after being convicted by a jury of robbery and assault for stabbing and robbing a Rochester man.
