You can’t beat the price for a Cheap Trick concert at the New York State Fair.
The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame band performed at the NYS Fair’s Chevy Court stage on Thursday night, delivering a 75-minute set that included all of their biggest hits. The group took the stage promptly at 6 p.m. after a recording of AC/DC’s “Live Wire” amped up the estimated crowd of 13,000 fans.
It cost just $8 for adults to attend, as all NYS Fair concerts are free with admission to the fair. (Some in the audience didn’t have to pay anything, as admission is free for seniors, ahem, like the band’s members are.)…
