WEST DES MOINES, Iowa — The West Des Moines Police Department will not press charges in the death of a child who was found unresponsive in a car in early July.
On the afternoon of July 2, police received a report of an unresponsive 18-month-old child found in a car at 5901 Westown Parkway. The address is home to multiple businesses, including Iowa Allergy, Des Moines Eye Surgeons and Metro Anesthesia & Pain Management.
