Police continue search for two suspects after 9-year-old was killed at a CTA Green Line Station

CHICAGO (WGN) — The search for two suspects continued Wednesday after the death of a 9-year-old boy at a CTA Green Line station on Chicago’s West Side was ruled a homicide.

Police sources confirmed that Elijah Flores, 9, was captured on surveillance cameras exiting a Green Line train around 11:15 a.m. on Aug. 10 with a 22-year-old male.

Police said the 22-year-old man was arguing with two other men at the Clinton Station in the 500 block of West Lake Street when, during the argument, the two men chased Elijah and the 22-year-old from the platform…
