Pedestrian hit in Southeast DC causing road closures

WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — Police in D.C. said that a pedestrian was hit in Southeast on Thursday evening.

In a post on the X platform around 7:50 p.m., the Metropolitan Police Department said that a pedestrian had been hit on Naylor Road SE.

Man arrested for crashing into Maryland State Police car, injuring trooper

Police said that DC Fire and EMS responded to the scene to assist.
