WOODBURN, Ore. — A 19-year-old is facing DUI and gun charges after Woodburn Police pulled him over early Thursday morning.
Officers say they conducted the traffic stop at about 12:45 a.m. Thursday in the 1300 block of Hardcastle Avenue.
They said the driver, Gabriel Salazar Guzman, 19, gave a breathalyzer sample of .19 BAC, which is more than twice Oregon’s legal limit – for people who are of legal drinking age…
