WESTLAKE, Ohio (WJW) – Westlake police said a high-speed pursuit ended with the arrest of two Cleveland men. The investigation revealed the suspects had more than one reason to run from police.
It was just after 2 a.m. on August 17 that officers began pursuing a stolen SUV with fictitious plates.
Authorities on the west side had been alerted by the Ohio State Highway Patrol that troopers tried to stop the SUV on westbound I-90 but had just terminated their chase.
