SE Fort Wayne subdivision enters Phase II, building more homes and welcoming new residents

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – Fort Wayne Mayor Sharon Tucker joined local developer Jerry Starks for a groundbreaking ceremony for Phase II of Roosevelt Reserves on Thursday.

Roosevelt Reserves is a major single-family subdivision in southeast Fort Wayne, the first of its kind in the area in decades. The subdivision is located northeast of the intersection of Hessen Cassel and East Tillman roads on Starks Boulevard.

Phase I of the housing development included 49 single-family lots. Phase II includes 30 lots. The project has generated more than $5 million in private investment already, with more private dollars expected following Phase II and III.
